We have an extensive list of properties for lease in our inventory. Most of our inventory consists of “spec spaces” meaning they are blank canvasses allowing the tenant to design and build the interior of the space to their own particular specifications. Lease rates for our spec spaces are negotiable and are determined by factors such as amount of work our team is required to do in the space, how the work will be financed, the length of the initial term of the lease, the credit worthiness of the tenant, and many other factors. We are happy to work with local businesses just starting out as well as local businesses expanding their already successful footprint. We are also happy to talk with national companies looking to break into new areas in Maine.

DEVELOPMENT…

We are a full service development company with the experience to take your project from concept to completion. Our team of licensed professionals will work with you to design and engineer your project, complete the ground work and construct the building from the masonry to the finishing touches. We have contracted with licensed heating, ventilation and air conditioning professionals as well as with plumbers and electricians. Our projects are delivered on-time and within budget.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT…

We take great pride in the appearance of our properties and we work tirelessly to ensure they are well maintained and operating as efficiently as possible. We perform routine maintenance and address on-going issues as they arise in common areas of our structures, parking lots, landscaped areas and exterior lighting components. We retain a comprehensive list of general contractors, electricians, and plumbers who complete our maintenance and repair work to our high standards in a timely manner.
